If I could I would give them 10 stars!!!! I would like to say BIG BIG BIG thank to Emma from Patchway Branch! Emma is THE best estate agent I have ever met! She is very customer focused and from the minute she walked in to our house I felt like I know her for ages! She could tell straight away whether we will sell the property ASAP, what improvements we eventually could do and what kind of buyers we can expect. Emma was already very much oriented about the property and the area, well prepared. As me and my husband were selling our house for the first time and we had no idea what to expect, Emma has solved all of our worries and she didn't mind all of our questions! Once the house has been put on the market, we were regularly informed about the viewings and and within a week we found a potential buyer! I also would like to say a big thank you to rest of the team! You are doing amazing job!!! If we would go for sale again, I definitely would choose West Coast properties again!!!!

Nailsea branch of westcoast absolutely outstanding.. With a complicated chain that could have fallen through a few times, the highly experienced Gemma and rachael went above and beyond to make sure we got the property we wanted in the end.. I wish we would have sold our house through them as they ended up doing all the hard work ours should have been doing anyway.. Brilliant team in nailsea!! Highly recommended... Also highly recommend their mortgage advisor "Dan prowse" brilliant guy very friendly and professional..

Nailsea Westcoast team of Rachael and Gemma have been outstanding all the way through selling my home and purchasing another property. Right from the start they made me feel that my beloved family home of over 30 years was more that just a property to be marketed . They offer a very personalised service and gave me confidence all the way through. Lockdown affected the whole process of course but they kept in touch with me and informed of every development.
