Amazing service. Tom was happy to visit on a Sunday to sort my boiler.
Once the problem was diagnosed, which 2 other engineers couldn't, he gave great advice to get my boiler mended Very friendly, knowledgeable and I will definitely ask him again.

Tom has just helped with the plumbing side of our bathroom refit. He is easy to communicate with, came when he said he would, and is a pleasant and easy person to have working in the house. Our central heating failed on Friday evening and with a cold snap in the forecast we needed it fixed asap. We called Tom and left a message on Saturday morning. He returned our call within the hour and was with us shortly after that. From his phone call, he knew immediately what the problem was - it was fixed quickly and efficiently. The cost, including his call out was entirely reasonable and we were grateful for his prompt and courteous service.

I called Tom out of the blue at 08:50 Friday morning due to a boiler breakdown. He said he would call in at about 5pm to have a look and that's what he did. He identified the problem almost instantly and ordered the parts for delivery Saturday. On arrival he came over and fitted the parts, serviced the boiler - everythings working fine and off he went. His invoice was the same as his quote and the prices were itemised and fair. I can only recommend Tom for his amiability, technical knowledge and quality of service. A total professional, thats why he's ranked so high on Google.

Replaced our boiler and set up new hive system. Our really old boiler had packed in. We had no heating or hot water with a baby which initially was stressful However Toms services were so efficient it made things easy and straightforward. Extremely friendly and highly knowledgeable.
We are really pleased with the work that was carried out, nothing was a problem or too much trouble.

Contacted Tom at Vision on a Saturday as the central heating was not working. By early afternoon not only had Tom responded, but had diagnosed and fixed the problem.
Tom is also very personable and trustworthy. The price quoted was the price paid. Thoroughly recommend Tom and will be my first port of call when I next need a plumber.

I called Tom after already placing an order for a new boiler from a well known company. I asked if it was possible to repair our old boiler until our new boiler could be fitted, a week until boiler could be replaced by other company. Having a 6 month old baby, needed a replacement as soon as possible, Old boiler unfixable, I said to Tom if they could replace boiler before the date of the other company, I would cancel the order and use Vision, Tom immediately quoted for a better boiler than I originally ordered, and replaced the next day.. absolutely fantastic service, professional , and would highly recommend, good honest companies are hard to find these days. Will use again for other projects

Requested advice via email for a boiler with no hot water ( Tom had serviced our boiler earlier this year) He responded very quickly
I was able to send him photos of the boiler and he advised how to fix it and recommended a Ytube video to watch as well for easier instructions.
Boiler up and running with hot water in about 15 minutes. Just brilliant

I cannot recommend Tom highly enough. He came out on New Years Day when I woke with no heating. Quickly assessed and gave me a competitive quote the same day. As soon as he could get the parts he spent a whole day fitting and testing a new boiler. Friendly, tidy and professional. Excellent service.

Firstly our boiler packed up and we had no heatingin the middle of winter. Tom quickly came out, diagnosed and sorted the problem out for us. Fantastic job.
Secondly, we had our faulty hot water valve and heating controls replaced with google nest, Tom did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Vision Plumbing and Heating.

Thomas was pleasant on arrival, and also very Covid conscious which definitely made us feel safe and that he cared.
He rectified a complicated boiler fault that others were unable to find, and also for a very reasonable fee serviced the boiler and gas fire.

Tom was very responsive, friendly, and professional. He explained what was wrong with the boiler, and got it working again temporarily before coming back to permanently fix it and service the boiler.
