I cant thank John at Vetro Recruitment enough. From the start he supported me far more than I ever expected from an agency. Even when family issues made things difficult, he never judged me or withdrew opportunities. Instead, he consistently found me regular, mostly pre-booked work in SEN schools and later secured me a full-time role as an unqualified teacher.
What really stood out is that when my current school showed interest in taking me on permanently, John actually proposed it on my behalf because he knew I wanted to complete my QTS on the job. He has always encouraged my progression, respected my needs as a neurodiverse teacher, and given me the chance to move toward QTS while earning.
Im genuinely grateful for his support and couldnt fault him. Highly recommend!
