Vantec World Transport UK

Vantec was originally founded under the name Yokohama Yuso Co. Ltd in January 1954, as a subsiduary firm of Nissan, to supply transportation and packing service to Nissan Production. In 1997, the firm name changed to Vantec Corporation. The management buy-out in January 2001, was a flagship event in Vantec's history leading it to be one of the 1st major firms in Japan which actually achieved a management buy-out transaction successfully.
