read moreTo reserve a property, you are required to pay the equivalent of one weeks rental as a Holding Deposit. This will either be deducted from the final move in balance or refunded to you dependant on your decision as agreed at time of application and is subject to references and contract. You will be required to pass referencing, which will either be a credit reference check or manual referencing depending on the property that is applied for. There is a minimum salary requirement for all of our properties, dependant on rent value.
