Efficient Customer Service, great product
Always easy to order and always delighted with final product.With my recent order, i was not in when the delivery occured. My neighbour had signed for the parcel and stored it off-site, without letting me know.
I initially contacted customer service at UK Packaging to ask if it had been delivered, i was sent proof of delivery. Customer service team super responsive in following up.
Parcel found!
It would have been helpful if Fedex had updated me on when delivery would be and then when delivery had happened. i would then have followed up sooner.
Communication always key to help efficiencies. Mentioned this also to my neighbour

Delivery
read moreOrders received Monday to Friday before 5pm will be dispatched the same day on the delivery service requested. Orders received Monday to Friday after 5pm will be dispatched the following working day. If you receive a faulty product, ordered the wrong product, or simply change your mind, return the goods to us within 14 days. You only have to send the product back to us, at your own cost, unused and undamaged in the original packaging. We will arrange a credit, exchange or refund within 3 days of receiving the goods (subject to our terms and conditions).
