Shaun has been a huge help trying to resolve a WiFi issue in our holiday rental. The people renting the property reported the broadband as being down over the bank holiday weekend. I rang Shaun on the Monday bank holiday evening and explained the issue. Our broadband provider could not send a replacement router for a number of days ( still not arrived after nearly a week) and the people in the house clearly wanted it up and working asap.
Shaun agreed to go to the house on the Monday evening and see what he could do. He left the renters with a 5G mobile wifi dongle and suggested I purchase the broadband providers router from Amazon where I could buy one for a reasonable price and get it delivered through Amazon Prime by the Wednesday.
I did this and the the new router arrived and is now up and working.
Shaun has been very helpful in dealing with a difficult situation and helping find a rapid resolution.
