THP Mobility

The HAND Partnership is a Social Enterprise promoting the elderly and disabled people of Norfolk and has been running since 1987. We're a Company with Charitable Status that operates as an exceptional Not For Profit Social Enterprise which is pro-active in tackling issues such as social exclusion, exploitation and many other day to day concerns experienced by the frail, elderly and disabled with specific regard given to mobility issues.
