Thorpe Wood golf course was developed as one of the 1st major leisure projects in the expansion of Peterborough and has been recognised as the leading Pay-as-you-Play course in the country. The course was designed by Peter Alliss and Dave Thomas, who designed the Belfry, and was constructed to a very high level. It challenges and rewards golfers of all stages and abilities. The gently undulating Par 73 course with a length of 7086 yards from the tiger tees is maintained in excellent condition and never closes, whatever the weather.
