read moreThe service we offer normally commences with a free site visit and a no obligation discussion. If you decide to continue with your project a measured survey is then carried out, followed by the preparation of all the necessary drawings and structural calculations. Following approval, in most cases, our clients will take their approved drawings and calculations to find a building contractor of their choosing. This is the most cost-effective way of proceeding if your project is on a smaller scale, i.e. extension under 40 square metres or a loft under 40 cubic metres, however if required we can also offer further assistance in the form of project management.
