The Silchester Furnishing

The Silchester Furnishing Company is based just N of Basingstoke in the village of Sherborne St. John. Established in 1988 it has now become a major retailer of floorcoverings and soft furnishings for the discerning home owner. In addition to fabric and carpet collections from the major producers, owners Tony and Sue Robinson have amassed a huge and interesting collection of oriental carpets, something quite unique to the area. Together with Lynn Chambers, the resident Interior Designer, The Silchester Furnishing Company has become the one-stop solution for home furnishings.
