The Poppleton Road Memorial Hall

The Charity's goals and are to supply facilities for social recreation and to promote the social welfare of residents within its area of benefit, principally the wards of Holgate, Acomb, and Beckfield in the City of York. However, applications for hire are accepted on a citywide basis. The Hall is run by a Committee, drawn substantially from representatives of its regular users. We're please to welcome other residents who can voluntarily provide their time and any expertise. The Committee is elected at each April's AGM, and meets in May and every two months thereafter.
