Dating back to 1880, the Maypole Inn serves a huge array of local ales and restaurant meals produced using locally sourced produce. The Maypole Inn prides itself in serving traditional English meals and, wherever possible, use locally produced Somerset meat and seasonal vegetables. We serve nice quality food, in a local pub, and care a great deal about service and client satisfaction. We have a nice following for our beers.

The Star Inn was originally a Cider House and remained so until the mid 1970's when The Green Dragon, the Public house in Thurloxton, closed.
