Office Space in Town, serviced offices have been around in one form or another since 1979. We opened out of necessity as one of the firm's office buildings had come free in Northampton town centre and due to a bad market could not be let. It was decided that it should be turned into a business centre (serviced office) a concept that had been seen on a visit to the USA. In those days it was called Office, Telecommunications and Secretarial Services or OTSS for short.
