Very poor. Pushy Sales, Course full of errors.
Was pushed into buying a plumbing course. I was interested but was pushed for time so didn't have the time to read all the financial agreement. The salesman was pushy and said I could review later. No mention of cooling off period after reviewing later. Looked through the course materials and there were glaring errors. Decided I wanted to send all of it back and cancel so called them and was cut off. Sent all the materials back to them with a note advising I wish to cancel but never received a response. My direct debits continued and I tried contacting by letter again but, again received no response. Cancelled my direct debit and then started getting letters from finance company saying I owed them over £1000. Have to pay it as there's no proof of me cancelling. None
