I've been buying from The Electric Gate Shop for about 15 years and I keep going back because the customer service is outstanding. Everyone who works there wants to help. It's not just the hand holding through the sales and installation, its not just the great products and the good prices - its the after care. My gates are now 15 years old and recently someone tried to forced one open. Although parts for my gate are now defunct, Simon at The Electric Gate Shop looked at photos he asked me to send, he found a compatible part and then he sent it to me via DPD free of charge. Brilliant customer service that completely exceeds expectations. Dont shop anywhere else, dont even read another review, youre in safe hands here. Thank you The Electric Gate Shop!

Having looked around for some time for an electric gate kit to update our house entrance, we ended up placing an order with The Electric Gate shop for a complete system. The guys at the store we super helpful in explaining to me the relative benefits and drawbacks of different solutions and walked me through what actually makes best sense for what we were trying to achieve. Order placement and delivery went without issue and the installation instructions and guidance notes provided were clear, precise and obviously well thought through. I had a couple of technical problems during the installation (all of them were my own fault !) and the technical support that I received from the store was absolutely first class. They offered up a number of solutions to each of my problems and were always keen to help.
I would highly recommend The Electric Gate Shop to anyone looking to buy, install and/or upgrade their current gate systems. Their sales support, delivery and after care service is just about as good as it gets.

I ordered 2 replacement electric motors for the electric gate shop, a week later they were delivery to the Republic of Ireland. I was very impressed with the service and I would highly recommend them. Motors fitted and are working perfect. Extremely competive prices. I tried several companies and none of them came close.
