Ralph has demonstrated local dishes at Buxton Food Festival, Bolsover Food Fair, The Countrylife Fair & numerous Game & Country Fairs throughout the Midlands, he also appears as a guest chef on BBC Radio Derby promoting the use of local foods and cooking live on air.
