From three ex-journalists with a dream, we're now a company comprising 90 industrious souls with unusually diverse employment histories, providing everything from PR to digital to design. And we're still growing. Our only non-negotiable recruitment policy is that whoever joins BIG must make us better and more interesting than we were before. No mean feat, we'd like to think. Oh, the quizzing, the hypothesising and the experimenting.

There may be a quicker, easier and more fruitful way to get where you want to be. And that's assuming the chosen destination is the best one, and not simply the expected default. Because we shouldn't rule out there being somewhere more rewarding to head for. If there is, let's find it.

From seasoned journalists to digital wizards, event planners to creative geniuses and everything in between, we want people that add to our skills, know-how and capabilities. We may have started in Glasgow and it's still our head office, but we've spread our wings across the UK and also have offices in Manchester, Edinburgh, and Aberdeen. Not that there are many people in them at the moment. But we're rarely far from the action.
