We are Thames Valley Heating & Cooling, a heating company based in Berkshire and led by Harry Brown. Our experience in the industry extends beyond 16 years, and Harry established the business in 2019 after spending years working within the trade. From the beginning, we have concentrated on delivering heating work correctly rather than taking shortcuts. Proper specification, fair pricing, reliable workmanship and high standards continue to define how we operate. Thames Valley Heating Services (Billy) solved a difficult problem of no cold water to a bathroom. It was caused by a foreign object lodged in a 22mm pipe elbow above the ceiling of another room.
It was a process of tracing piping in walls and ceilings, so not straight forward. Thanks Again

I have used Thames Valley Heating & Plumbing many times and are very pleased with the service. They are prompt, respectful, clean, and tidy throughout the job. We were having problems with some downstairs radiators not heating up and Harry visited to give a diagnosis. He was professional, clear, and above all, honest in his assessment. In advance of the work we were given full information about what would happen and anything we would be required to do. Members of his team came to carry out the work in a professional, friendly and courteous way and were respectful of our home.
We also then had some smaller work on our showers, which was completed by Harry in the same professional manner.

Harry turned up the day as planned, performed a full service with a diagnostic form duly filled in.whilst performing the service Harry spotted a gas problem and instantly contacted the Gas board. The Gas people came and replaced the faulty part in my outside Gas box. As usual very good service from Harry.

Harry and his crew have been around 4 times for radiator installation, moving a radiator, a power flush, and replacing a leaking isolation valve. On the last one, they came to help with very little notice and extended their working day to make sure I didn't have a leak or have to have the water turned off overnight. With a 5 week old baby in the house this alleviated a lot of stress!
They are always on time. Always do a good job. Never any vibes of rushing off to other jobs. Never had to call them back for remedial work. And Always a pleasure to have in the house. Also good at providing advice on how to do jobs myself and how to maintain the system.

We recently used Harry to do some plumbing works on a site we have looked after for many years. Harry was on site from 8.00am and didn't stop until he finished later on that afternoon. I contacted Harry late Sunday evening, with a leak under our kitchen island. Less than 24 hours later, Billy was round, working through all of the possible causes and managed to fix the problem there and then.

Harry, Billy and the boys did a great job on our bathroom, our flat hasnt had any work done on it since the building went up 15-20 years ago and the tiles were coming off the wall in the shower so was in desperate need of work.
The job was done in 2 weeks, to a lovely standard and anything we wanted changing or addressing were done so quickly and accurately with no issues!
