The cottage features its own separate parking, a private cottage garden to the rear and views from the adjoining orchard across the valley towards Chesterfield's Crooked Spire. The cottage has full central heating for year round use, a fitted kitchen with adjoining dining room, a spacious lounge with patio doors to a side terrace, digital TV and a comfortable sofa bed.
