read moreTecforce evolved out of the Materials Department of what is now Bombardier Transport (Litchurch Lane) Derby through an MBO led by T Forster in 1994. The business was, subsequently, bought by the MCT Group in 2012 with the objective of establishing a clear strategy and funding investment in people and facilities to deliver the highest quality repair and overhaul service to the rail industry, with the emphasis on rolling stock. Tecforce employs 50 people today with sales of over 4m occupying 20,000 sq ft in Litchurch Lane.

read moreOur consultancy services are aligned to our core skills: materials, welding, Non-Destructive Testing and traction and rolling stock (re) engineering. We explain and report our finding to clients in a manner which is helpful, adds value and is jargon free. We accept the responsibility for managing turnkey projects; from concept, through design/engineering, procurement, repair/modification to documentation. Managed, in house, by our internal PRINCE2 practitioners.
