Fantastic place

Tails in the City is a fantastic place for dogs. Staff are brilliant caring and lovely with all the dogs. Lola absolutely loves going there and I have piece of mind she's safe and being well cared for.

Would be lost without you guys at the minute in particular! Always service with a smile and I leave knowing Bentley will have a ball! He comes home exhausted, which shows he’s enjoyed himself. Thank you! The Instagram stories throughout the day help ease the guilt of leaving him

We hire the place out on the weekend for our crazy dog. Brilliant idea and means she can play and be a dog in a safe environment. Would highly recommend

I was booked in for my Siberian Husky to have his 'trial' on Friday. I was working in Liverpool City Centre that day.
On arrival, I was advised that my dog was not going to be given his trial that day. I was informed it was due to low staffing numbers.
I was offered a car lift home, so I could get my dog home, to then return to work. When I advised where I lived they couldn't accommodate me.
In the morning i didn't even get a (text or phone) call to inform me that my dogs initial session had been cancelled.
I was left with no alternative to take my dog home.
I shall never use this service again.
Absolutely, nothing but rude -no accountability or responsibility at all.

Occasionally, a dog joins us who struggles to get on with its peers. Our socialisation programme is designed to help these dogs gradually acclimatise to being. April 16, 2019Owning a dog, it is likely that at some point you will encounter a situation when your dog expresses anxious behaviours. Anxiety in dogs can have many causes, and may be difficult to navigate.

Two years in the company has provided me with unvaluable experiences and has sparked qualities and skills leading to the role as Team Leader. I am proud to be part of such an excellent and dedicated team. Working with dogs is the job I didn't know I needed and I don't see myself doing anything else! I developed my skills working at kennels and obtained my Canine First Aid. I have worked with Tails in the City for over two years and gained my Level 2 in Animal Health and Welfare.
