We're situated in Syston six miles North from Leicester, within walking distance to bus and train services that travel the country. We currently have seven spacious rooms available (subject to availability) and are open all year round. All the rooms in our capacious Victorian home are en-suite with personal kitchen facilities within each room, including a microwave, kettle and fridge. We supply self-catering and will supply breakfast on request. There is a laundry room, with washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing facilities.

It is located within easy walking distance to the village pubs, take aways and restaurants and Watermead Park, ideal for walking, cycling, bird watching, fishing and more active water sports. For those working in the local area we often have shift workers in during the day, so can accommodate for many different types of guest. We can provide a simple breakfast in your room if required however all of the rooms contain a small fridge, microwave, kettle and basic cutlery and crockery.
