Couldn't believe I then had to call him out within a few days when the wind caught the other french door and broke the bracket. John came out same day and swiftly fixed the door bracket and lock. He also put on a hinge to secure against the wind catching it again. Fantastic, prompt and friendly service with a price you can't grumble about. Fantastic service!
Couldn't be happier with the service from Sure Locks. I phoned this morning with a back door that wouldn't lock! And by 4pm they'd been to look at it, then went to get a part and back to fix it. I also asked them to take a look at the front door that was catching when opening and closing and they fixed that too (free of charge!)Would absolutely recommend Sure Locks, they're fab!
