read moreFire sprinklers in domestic properties have grown in demand over the last 10 years due more stringent Fire & Building Regulations. Building Regulations Approved document B can allow sprinkler systems to be used instead of other passive fire protection. For example: the removal of walls to allow open plan living, removal of secondary means of escape if the building is over 7.5m high, allows open stairways and more. To allow for these relaxations all domestic and residential sprinkler systems must comply with BS9251:2014.
As of 2016, Wales was the first country in the world to introduce legislation making it compulsory for all newly built houses and flats to be installed with fire sprinklers to BS9251:2014.

An awful customer experience - avoid at all costs
Please do your research before using this company. We have had a terrible experience and have lost a lot of money. Their customer service was terrible, the installation of the first fix (as far as we went) was just dreadful, and their payment terms are at best 'ambiguous' and at worst, extremely unfair to the consumer. They have designed this system and are the only company that will install it, or annually service it. Please be careful. Caveat emptor! NONE

Avoid at all costs !
This company had cost my property about 50,000 in damages from the first phase of works they carried out on my property.Butchered work and staff even smashed through locked doors without my knowledge even though I was sat in the property next door.
When I saw the damage they had carried out I had to stop this company from carrying out further works. When I told the company director this he had threatened to send the boys to rip out all the work he had done from the property even though it had been paid in full, and threatened to take us to court even though there was no contract signed
