read moreWe offer a free site survey on any Quickstep floor that is to be installed by our expert team of fitters, this includes moisture readings and sub floor suitability. Our teams of installers are all employed by us and regularly attend manufacturer's course's to ensure we are up to date with the latest installation techniques using high quality products to prepare sub floors and install all floors in compliance with current British Standard requirements and manufacturer recommendations. All floors are cleaned using Quickstep approved products upon completion and we can supply all Quickstep cleaning products needed for ongoing maintenance.

read moreOur fitters have attended bespoke training courses for plant fibre, sub floor preparation, Amtico, Advanced Karndean and Polyflor designer flooring. We are members of the The British Wood Flooring Association and our fitters have completed wood installations courses at FITA training centres and advanced bespoke parquet installation sanding and finishing courses with the BWFA. All our fitting teams are employed by Sunderland Carpet Centre, we feel this puts more emphasis on the quality of the installation and less on the time it takes to install.
