The inspection and additional costs were confirmed before the inspection. The tradesperson did not arrive at the agreed time. However, the tradesperson fixed the video intercom system efficiently, explained how the system worked and what was the potential fault. The tradesperson also offered to fix other home security systems due to spare time.

First class service!
Scott's work is first class and faultless. He is immensely knowledgeable and (before the job) was able to advise us sensibly and practically on the appropriate solutions for our needs. In carrying out the works, Scott was highly professional and diligent. We are very pleased with the equipment that Scott has recommended, supplied, and installed, which perfectly suits our needs. The job also entailed a fairly tricky cable run and Scott took the time to ensure that the end result blended in flawlessly with the exterior appearance of our house (no easy task). Scott takes pride in his work and is very good company. I will be using him again and would not hesitate to recommend him and StormFS to anybody. Value for Money
