read moreWhilst we may not be able to meet together on a Sunday morning like we are used to, we've moved church into our homes. We'd love to keep in touch with you over this season and to let you know of special events that are happening.
What We Believe
read moreWe want to see people coming to know Jesus, enjoying the grace of God and freely receiving his love, confident that salvation is a gift that cannot be earned. We are committed to sharing the Good News of Jesus in our locality and wherever God leads us. We believe we need to be anointed and filled with the Holy Spirit to be effective as Christians. We encourage believers to live their lives in the power of the Holy Spirit, learning to use their gifts to build up the whole "body of Christ", which is the Church and to reach out to our local communities.
Youth
read moreOur vision for the young people is to equip them to be connected, purposeful and powerful in their journey with God, learning to live everyday with God as King and Father, Jesus as Saviour and friend and the Holy Spirit as teacher and companion, knowing what it is to be a follower of Jesus. The young people (school years 7 - 11) meet during the Sunday morning service, providing a chance to explore the Christian faith, pray together and encourage one another to put their faith into action in their everyday lives.
Community
read moreWe are not just about Sundays! At the heart of our church is a desire to connect with our local community. Some of our activities at church are to provide places for people to meet one another, whatever their age, other are out and about to encourage and bless people where they are, particularly our "Sundays Out". Around 50 people, ranging in age from twenties to nineties, attend each week for a substantial two course meal and to meet new friends and enjoy good conversation. We start with a hymn, a short talk and a time to pray for those who may be in need or ill.
