Fast and Professional
I was impressed with the telephone service and the prompt, on time service. Not sure why I needed two service technicians for the job since it was only a 20 minute repair. Wished I had asked how much it would cost ahead of time, but technicians explained the hefty bill was due to the expensive Baldwin latch that was being repaired. Both technicians were friendly and courteous, and the repair was done well. Prompt response time. Quick repair somewhat expensive.
