After searching for hours on the web, talking to different companies, I finally found Katie Hughes at SHS Products. She guided me through the stages of understanding what I required. I made my choice based on her first rate Customer Service and the look and quality of the balustrades/rails/glass. Once the order was placed I then moved along to the design office and was placed in the very capable hands of Amelia.
She was outstanding. Tolerant, easy to understand and swift with responses. It's no mean feat calculating for one 8 mtr run, plus deep steps and then another 4.5mtr run. They arrived in swift time, thanks to the warehouse and the driver was incredibly helpful. My builder installed in atrocious conditions - rail, hail sleet, snow. Now I have the perfect conclusion to a seven month project of re-inventing a 1930ies bungalow. My sincere thanks to everyone at SHS Products. Don't waste your time like I did trawling the net - go to them now!
