Delighted. From quote to installation we received professional treatment, culminating in an excellently erected conservatory. Installers were not phased by any potential problem and I was so impressed with their patience and desire to finish the job perfectly. We approached several firms and are pleased that we made the right choice; beware, we encountered some real charlatans out there.

Couldn't be happier with both the end result and the service. We chose a local family run company for good reason, we have been burnt by the big guys before. From the initial planning by Rob who knows his stuff, planning and working with us to get exactly what we wanted, through surveys, and almost weekly site visits from Richard and kelly checking the standards and progress. I can't thank the fitters, Gareth & Ross enough, you guys worked through the november storms never wanting to slow the job down. Absolutely 5* service throughout. Were they the cheapest? No, but not the dearest either! you can't go cheap on a project like this, extending your home. They worked with us to complete by Christmas and again, Spectrum delivered...... literally. You get what you pay for and with spectrum we got 1st class.

A few hiccups along the way but nothing Richard and his team could not sort out. We ended up with a really nice conservatory just in time for a family Christmas dinner.

Really impressed with the service (and price) of the windows we got (five windows front and back). We've had them in for over a year and not had any problems - in fact the only problem we had was on the day of install they couldn't get the biggest of the frames up our tight staircaise - but this was solved easily with them sorting a scaffolding thing to lift it up from the outside. Very happy with everything and I would definitely use them again.

Spectrum glazing where brilliant when choosing and building our new conservatory. They designed exactly what we wanted with Ultraroof, which is a brilliant idea and makes the room useable all year round. All members of staff are helpful and always available for assistance. The workmen used are professional and hardworking (even coming in awful weather). Overall, I'm very happy with the finished outcome of our new conservatory and very pleased we chose Spectrum Glazing over the other big named companies. If I had any more windows or doors needing doing I'd be using these guys will recommend to people as well. Thanks again guys!

Ross and another fitter (didn't catch his name) fitted a set of bifold doors. They were friendly and efficient, doing a great job. I will be recommending Spectrum Glazing to anyone I know have any sort of glazing work done. Very pleased, just need to sort the garden out now.
