Southampton School Of Tai Chi

Founded since 1996, Southampton School of Tai Chi is a tiny organisation that goals and to promote the practice of Tai Chi through various evening/day classes and workshops. We're the 1st and the only organisation in the S dedicated entirely to the practice of Tai Chi. We provide Tai Chi classes and personal tuition from beginners to advanced. We supply best quality and in-depth training for anyone of any age interested either in alternative keep fit, or the powerful self-defence system hidden under this gentle exercise.
