Smarter Housing

We left our search for housing really late and missed out on all the nice properties, or so we thought! Smarter Housing had no three bedroom properties left for 2006/2007 but they acquired another one especially for us and even found short-term tenants so we didn't have to pay the landlord any retainer fees.
