Having had my property on the market for some time via a national online agent I decided to instruct a local estate agent. David seemed the most engaged, accommodating and knowledgeable so I decided to re-list with Skilton & Hogg. David took all the hassle out of the sale process and dealt with everything whilst keeping me well informed. Within a few weeks David agreed a sale in a tough market and at a good price.
He was on it with the lawyers and the buyers, making sure the sale was on track at every step.
