Just ordered a new sofa and an armchair. Beautiful quality, lovely choice of colours and fabrics. But what made the experience great was the fantastic customer service we received from John.
He was incredibly knowledgeable and really patient as we thought and discussed, thought some more, sat on everything, thought some more and ummmmed and ahhhed for about an hour!
He was also genuinely helpful (no smarmy, pushy sales patter, which would have sent me running for the door!) he answered every question and offered lots of insight and useful product info and comparisons.
Was it as cheap as buying online? No.
Am I absolutely certain we've made the right purchase for our home? Completely.
We'll done Sinclair's. Highly recommend. And if we need anything else, we'll be back!
