Terrible customer service. Rude and unhelpful

Terrible customer service. Any time I had an issue it was like it was my fault and they basically just told me I had to sort it myself. With one issue I got more help when I contacted their software developer.
I've stupidly been a customer for over 15 years
Now they refuse to give me a refund because I'm moving service.
