Outside of Shipley hours call the surgery and listen carefully to the message as you will be given a contact number to ring for advice and where to go if you need to be seen urgently. We send emergency cases to a company called Vets Now who are based at the PDSA building on Wakefield Road.

read moreIf it's not possible for you to attend the practice but you need some advice or your pet is unwell, we can offer you a video consultation. We would always prefer to see you face to face, but understand this is not always possible in the current circumstances. Step 1: Phone us and advise the receptionist that you'd like to arrange a video consultation. Step 2: The receptionist will take some information from you and explain how the consultation will work. They'll then arrange your video consultation over the phone (which includes taking payment).
