The owner and designer Ruth Keehne operates ShepheardsDelight.com from her own home in Stevenage, England. After spending many hours looking for her own tiara in and around Stevenage and London she finally gave up and turned to the Internet. Although she was still unable to find the best tiara, that would suit her dress and at a competitive price. After 3 months of searching stores and Internet sites, she finally decided to make her own. So she set about finding the items she needed to design her own tiara.
