However, if any problems do arise we ensure they are promptly remedied with as little inconvenience as possible to the household - usually within 24 hours. All gas appliances are serviced yearly by 'Gas Safe' registered engineers and have up to date Landlord Safety Certificates, which are available for inspection upon request. We have Periodic Inspection Report for electrical installation in all student accommodation, which ensures the electrical wiring of the property is safe and meets current standards.
