Shears plumbing heating & gas have done many jobs for us. The main one being a complete new boiler system and radiators from start to finish the team were great! Shears PHG to the rescue. We called Shears PHG, as they were recommended from a friend as we had an emergency with our boiler, which we found out needed to be replaced. Not only did they manage to come out to us in rapid response they saw they we were in desperate need and squeezed us in among their busy schedule. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you again.

We used Shears for refurbishing both bathrooms mid-2022, and again recently for replacing the boiler. On both occasions they did an excellent job with good results! Ben has a great team - they are quite professional at their job and work very well as a team and in a friendly manner. Couple of minor teething problem were attended to swiftly. Excellent customer care received though out their visits, and would therefore, definitely recommend Shears based on our experience so far!

We was recommended Shears by previous people who had work done by them and they didn't disappoint. Upon first contact the lady who answered the phone was polite, friendly and professional. Ben and his team are highly responsive, informative and listened to what we wanted. The process of moving and replacing our Boiler from the kitchen to the garage was carried out with no distribution to my day.
The work they carried out was to a high standard and everything was cleaned up before they left. The whole team work extremely hard and are friendly and easy to get along with. I would recommended this company to anyone that needed work doing and will be using them again in the future.

Ben and his team couldn't be more helpful. We contacted shears to move and replace our old boiler, the lady on the phone was welcoming, friendly and reassured us this was something Shears could do. Ben came to take a look and give us some advice. He was insightful, informative, pleasant and easy to get along with. They are a highly responsive team with excellent communication skills and arrived when they said they would.

The communication and professionalism from Ben was outstanding. The quality of work from him and his team was excellent with them fitting my new external oil boiler. Ben and the team worked exceptionally hard during a very cold and rainy day to remove my old, faulty boiler and install the new one with no disruption to me whatsoever. Ben is so helpful and provides sound and expert advice, based on knowledge and experience.

They did a great job - we've got an actual working boiler now in our house. Really pleased. Friendly and really efficient. Left everything clean and they were so fast as well (i mean not that I know how long it usually takes to install a new boiler.). Found them on insta and did go with my gut instinct and booked them. Highly recommend!
