Shades Decorating Services was established in 1994 as a complete time professional firm providing all manner of your decorating requirements. It was established by Roger Short shortly after leaving Jarvis Training Centre as the Training Assesor. At Jarvis his job was both managing and teaching. He used to teach painting and decorating skills to the un-employed. As well as this he was responsible for ensuring that the quality of teaching was kept to the higest standards.
