Following a career with two major International firms - Thorn Electrical Industries and Philips Industries - I established my own business in the early 80's. The firm grew into a multi million pound international operation. What a helter skelter ride it was during the 80's and 90's. It was surely one of the finest business learning curves you could ever want. It has given me a considerable wealth of knowledge in all kinds of business leadership / management and performance. It was a tough, extreamly demanding and a very competitve market place that tested my skills as a leader.
