My work is inspired by organic forms, landscapes, mushrooms, autumn leaves, and the way they change, the seashore and what you can find there. I strive to make sculptural pieces that are tactile and visually rich, located on the abstracted real world forms. I would welcome the possibility to place my pieces in their proper context: outdoors in the landscape or within huge indoor spaces such as atria. My preferred materials have been clay, metal including copper, aluminium and pewter; wood and rope.
