James Braid Association
read more2 You will be required to provide proof of home club to Professional on your arrival - either handicap certificate or bar card which MUST show your name; a logo on your sweater is NOT acceptable.cheeky! 5 These rates are for members of member clubs only and NOT for a group/society. I have had reports of groups trying to work the system by booking one four ball in one name, then another in another and then another; this is abusing the idea of the Association and will result in clubs refusing your booking/s.
Dress Code
read moreThe Club is trying to adopt a sensible dress code. Therefore a smart but casual approach, based on clothing that is designed for golf, should be worn. Members are asked to follow the dress code applied by Rugby Golf Club and to advise their guests accordingly when they visit. However, dress sense is a highly subjective topic and so the Club would appreciate your support in maintaining the following standards of dress. The Professional Shop, Directors, and all members are responsible for monitoring this dress code.

Hole by Hole Description and Tips
read moreA short but demanding par 4 dogleg left. The elevated tee position helps to visualize the shape of the hole where the slope can help bound the ball to the bottom leaving you with a pitch into the green. Avoid the left side again as the trees will block out your second shot into the green (have a peek to the right and check out the pin placement for hole No 8). This early birdie opportunity requires a solid tee shot up the left side with the big hitters able to reach in two. Luck of the draw with your sloping lie though!
