The firm was established in 1975 by Roger Spencer, and became a partnership in 1985 when Ron Logan joined. Tiny but well managed; our reputation within the industry is untarnished. For twenty five years we operated through word of mouth only, which speaks volumes about our values and client care. With over three decades knowledge within the industry, we're able to provide the full range of building surveying services, without compromising the quality of their deliverance. Based in North Yorkshire, we currently have offices in both York and Leeds, with the most of our work situated in this region.
