Great service. Contacted Roman on Christmas Day for a broken upvc door handle mechanism. It snapped off in me and guv! Got a reply back within 10mins offering to attend THAT DAY. It wasnt an emergency so he came out on the 27th. Fast and efficient, 30mins later he was off to attend someone elses door lock emergency, superhero cape billowing in the chill December air
