read moreThe whole process of getting our blinds installed from ordering to installation was an excellent service. Mike and the team are friendly and professional. Walter who fitted the shutters worked quickly and carefully, putting floor protection down, gave very clear instructions on how to use and maintain and left the place totally spotless. The quality of the blinds are fantastic, they have really transformed each room. They look better than I had even imagined. We're very happy, especially as adding on the black out blinds to the bedrooms our 12 week old is sleeping much better, godsend!!!

read moreWe were referred to Jerry and the guys at Riverside after I had commented to a lady outside her house that her shutters were lovely. She was so vociferous in her praise for Riverside Shutters that we got one quote and one quote only from them.

The pre sales service and promptness of the visit was excellent. A wide range of samples was shown and different wood types were discussed. Mike walked us through all the options and was patient and knowledgeable. We chose the broad blade teak shutters in white. Approx 8 weeks later the shutters arrived and were fitted, by Mike again. During the fitting he noticed that one of the shutters had cracked in transit, so immediately phoned in the fault to the office and a replacement shutter was ordered. The crack was barely visible but it shows how seriously these guys take customer service.

The shutters have now been up for about 4 months and look absolutely amazing - we have had so many positive comments about them and they really add to the appearance of the property.

I cannot recommend the guys at Riverside highly enough - they have been superb. On a PS note - it was via a referral from Mike that we came across Phil Philippou at Chameleon Joinery - who laid new floorboards throughout our property and again, did a fantastic job. A happy customer!!
