I recently ordered an engagement ring from Regal and couldnt be happier with the experience. The team were incredibly helpful throughout, from our initial conversations to the completion of the order. After browsing many websites, theirs stood out as being easy to use, with clear visuals and detailed product information that made the process smooth and straightforward. I called Regal to ask whether they offer watch authentication services as I bought a watch online from someone else - they don't offer an official service, but Mark still spent a good 56 minutes on the phone walking me through how to carry out a preliminary visual inspection myself and what red or amber flags to look out for.
He had absolutely nothing to gain from helping me, which made it all the more appreciated.
I'd spoken to several other jewellers who simply said No, we don't offer that and left it there, so Mark and Regal really stood out here.

Dealt with Mark at Regal and he was great. Helped me construct what I wanted in an engagement ring. Knowledgeable, patient and very understanding of the importance of the situation!
First meeting was at the shop and subsequent phone calls and emails were very prompt, communication was fantastic throughout. Even helped get the ring to me a few weeks sooner than their usual turnaround time as I needed it before I headed abroad.

The service, experience and ring were all outstanding! From the minute I walked through the door I knew I was in capable hands.
Mark took time to explain all options to me, including the difference in stones and gave me time to decide on what I thought would be best. Assisting with understanding different gradings, coupled with the pros and cons. This wasnt rushed and taking time/reviewing options was encouraged.
My bespoke ring had a tight deadline for production and Mark pulled out all the stops to meet/exceed this, allowing for an earlier collection when the soon to be father-in-law was visiting London.
I couldnt be happier with the finished ring, and post proposal, my fiance also loves it.

To my pleasant surprise I not only found a timeless classic setting, exactly how I imagined my dream ring to be, but on super short notice they had it readied to my size for collection. Not to mention the wonderful customer service.
