read moreI rented an en suite room through Regal Estates around 8 months ago, they have been great in getting initial teething problems resolved with the heating and a faulty door lock and I have recommended friends to them who have also rented through them and had good experiences too. I really like the staff who are friendly and helpful and on hand to assist. They do take a one month deposit on rooms when I have seen other landlords are happy with a two week deposit but I have found it is better to rent through an agent than through a landlord direct as had multiple issues previously when I didnt use an agent.
