January has not been the busiest of months on the area of play with the weather causing many postponements. Thankfully the thaw has now arrived and hopefully everyone can get back to refereeing football again. Our January meeting was very well attended and I am sure all of our members will have been impressed by the Head of Referee Development, Hugh Dallas, on his 1st visit to Fife in this role.
